Starting in May the coaches of Crossfit Bagus would like to extend an invitation to our athletes to come and workout with the coaches.

When: Saturday Mornings @ 07:30

Who: Crossfit Bagus Coaches and Athletes


Prerequisites: Be an Ultra Unlimited Member, and have 3 months experience with Crossfit movements. Drop-ins and Punch Card holders are welcome!


Why: Because we know that there are athletes that would like to challenge themselves to a new level. Learn new tips, strategies, and lessons by working with your favorite coaches sweating by your side.


How: Programming will focus on Speed and Power Development. The only way to be stronger is to lift heavier, the only way to be fast is to go faster. Workouts will be challenging mentally and physically, but scalable to any level of size or strength.
